1 package (7 g/1/4 oz) unflavoured plain gelatin
125 mL (1/2 cup) Fruité® Grape Drink
300 mL (1 1/4 cups) whipping cream
60 mL (1/4 cup) icing sugar
Purple food colouring
60 mL (1/4 cup) crushed graham crackers
60 mL (1/4 cup) mini chocolate chips
Sprinkle gelatin over Fruité® Grape Drink in small saucepan. Heat over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until gelatin is dissolved.
Remove from heat; stir in whipping cream, icing sugar, and desired amount of food colouring. Cover and refrigerate for about 3 hours or until firm.
Beat with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Spoon into serving glasses; garnish
with graham crackers and chocolate chips.
