Homemade Gummies

  • Silicone candy moulds
  • 3 pouches (7 g each) gelatine powder
  • 375 ml (1 1/2 cups) Fruité drink with 50% less sugar (your choice of flavour)
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) sugar
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) lemon juice

In a bowl, sprinkle the gelatine powder on 180 ml (3/4 cup) Fruité drink and let set 1 to 2 minutes.


Meanwhile, in a pan, bring to a boil remaining Fruité drink, sugar and lemon juice, then cook while stirring gently until sugar dissolves completely. Add gelatine mix, then bring back to a boil over medium heat. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes more, stirring well.


Let cool for a few minutes before pouring into moulds.


Chill at least 2 hours, then unmould carefully. Enjoy right away!
