1.25 L (5 cups) vanilla full-fat Greek yogurt, divided
30 mL (2 tbsp) Fruité® Grape Drink
30 mL (2 tbsp) Fruité® Fruit Punch Drink
Purple and red food colouring (liquid or paste)
60 mL (1/4 cup) candy-coated chocolate pieces, coarsely crushed
Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper. Reserve 1 L (4 cups) yogurt; set aside. Divide remaining yogurt into two bowls.
Stir Fruité Grape Drink into one bowl of yogurt; stir in drops of purple food
colouring to achieve desired colour. Stir Fruité Fruit Punch Drink into
remaining bowl of yogurt; stir in drops of red food colouring to achieve
desired colour.
Drizzle yogurt mixtures evenly onto prepared baking sheets. Top with reserved vanilla yogurt. Using a knife tip, swirl yogurt mixtures to create marbled effect; sprinkle with crushed candies. Freeze for about 2 hours until firm. Break into pieces. (Keep bark frozen in airtight container until serving.)
Replace candies with fresh raspberries or strawberries and/or chopped almonds, pecans or pistachios.
